Medical Discretion: All services are subject to medical clearance. An ElixirMD provider reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically unsafe or inappropriate. Membership status does not guarantee prescription availability.
Financial Policy: Monthly banked funds are legally classified as Pre-Paid Service Credits. These credits are deposited monthly into your client wallet. They have no cash value, are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Exclusions: Membership percentage discounts do not apply to Medical Weight Loss, Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), and Nutraceuticals/Retail Products . However, banked credits may be used to purchase these items at standard list prices.
Scheduling & Availability: Appointments are strictly required for all services, including complimentary perks (e.g., Massage Chair, O2 Therapy). Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed. Services are subject to the availability of staff, rooms, and equipment. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if resources are unavailable.
** - Cancellation & Rollover: ElixirMD Beauty Bank requires a 6-month commitment. Early termination incurs a fee equal to one month of membership dues. "Banked" credits roll over indefinitely while the membership is active. Upon cancellation, remaining credits must be used within 90 days, or they are forfeited. Monthly "Perks" (Free Massages/Shots) do not roll over.
Right to Modify: ElixirMD reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the terms and conditions of any membership plan, including monthly fees and discount percentages, at any time. Members will be notified in writing 30 days prior to any changes to their existing membership plan.
