  • Redemption & Services: ElixirMD Gift Cards are valid for any full-price services (including Wellness and Aesthetics treatments) or retail products offered at all current and future ElixirMD locations..

  • Use Limitations: Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards may also not be used toward co-pays or deductibles.

  • Transferability: The gift card may be used by the purchaser or transferred to another individual for their use, at the discretion of the cardholder whose name is on the client profile.

  • Non-Refundable: Gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

  • Loss, Theft, or Fraud: Treat this card like cash. ElixirMD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or any unauthorized use. Lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained cards will not be replaced or honored.

  • Suspicion of Fraud: ElixirMD reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card or gift card balance if we suspect it was fraudulently obtained or used.

  • Expiration: This gift card will expire five (5) years from the date of purchase, in compliance with Georgia state law. This expiration duration will be noted on your purchase confirmation email/digital card.

  • Promotional Cards: Gift cards issued as part of a promotional offer, contest, or other reward (e.g., $25 off for a referral) are considered Promotional Cards. Promotional Cards may be subject to additional restrictions, including shorter expiration dates or limitations on eligible services.
