NO CASH VALUE: Purchased units/sessions are legally classified as Pre-Paid Service Packages and have no cash value. Packages are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit outside of ElixirMD services.
NON-TRANSFERABLE: Units and sessions purchased through bundles can only be redeemed by the client who purchased the package.
Expiration: All pre-purchased units/sessions in a bundle must be used within 24 months from the date of purchase. Any unused portions remaining after this period will be forfeited.
Right to Modify: ElixirMD reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate the terms and conditions of these bundle packages at any time.

Yes. Unlike membership credits, which roll over indefinitely, all units and sessions purchased via a bundle have a shelf life and must be used within 24 months from the date of purchase. We will remind you before the expiration date.

Yes. The units/syringes are deposited into your account and can be used on any treatment area deemed medically appropriate by your ElixirMD provider.

Absolutely. You can purchase any combination of bundles as many times as you like. All units/sessions will be added cumulatively to your prepaid ledger. For example, buying two 50-unit Tox bundles will give you 100 units in your bank.

Membership discounts and Bundle discounts cannot be combined. When you purchase a bundle, you receive the 10% bundle saving. When you purchase single services, you receive your higher membership discount (up to 20%).
