ElixirMD Med Spa & Hydration Clinic Policies
Welcome to ElixirMD! To ensure we can provide the highest quality of care and maintain a smooth schedule for all our guests, we ask that you please review our clinic policies prior to booking your appointment.
1. Appointments & Reservations
A valid credit card is required to be kept securely on file to book and hold all appointments. Your payment information is not stored locally; it is tokenized and vaulted securely within our fully PCI-compliant booking system. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a specific deposit is required for a specialized treatment.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We reserve our providers' time specifically for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Failure to provide 24 hours' notice, or failing to show up for your scheduled appointment, will result in an automatic $25 fee charged to the credit card on file.
This fee must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.
3. Late Arrivals
We want to ensure you get the most out of your treatment time. If you are running late, please call our front office to let us know. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your visit to avoid disrupting the schedule for the next guest. In the event of a necessary reschedule due to a late arrival, the $25 cancellation fee will apply.
4. Payments, Authorizations & Financing
Payment for all cosmetic and elective wellness services is strictly due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and approved third-party financing.
Payment Authorization: By booking an appointment and providing your payment information, you authorize ElixirMD Med Spa and Hydration to charge your credit card on file for any services rendered, retail purchases, or applicable cancellation/no-show fees.
Failed Transactions & Outstanding Balances: In the event that a payment transaction fails at the time of service or is later reversed due to technical error, you authorize ElixirMD to re-process the transaction using the vaulted credit card on file.
Delinquent Accounts: If we are unable to resolve an outstanding balance within 14 days, the account may be subject to a late fee of 10%. Accounts remaining unpaid after 30 days may be referred to a third-party collection agency. The client shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.
Insurance: Because our aesthetic and IV hydration services are elective, they are not typically covered by insurance, and we do not bill insurance companies directly.
5. Refunds & Returns
Services: Due to the medical and aesthetic nature of our treatments, all services provided are strictly non-refundable.
Retail Products: Unopened, unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
